JONAH HUGGINS
I'm a father first.
Legacy Built began in my own garage at 5:00 AM training my son before school. What started as a way to build strength, discipline, and confidence in him grew when other parents saw the results and asked if their kids could train alongside him.
Before this, I spent 8 years in the U.S. Army with multiple overseas deployments, where I was responsible for training and preparing soldiers to meet and exceed physical readiness standards (formerly the Army Physical Fitness Test, now the Army Combat Fitness Test). That experience shaped how I coach: clear standards, consistency, and accountability under pressure.
I’ve also been weight training since the age of 13, giving me decades of hands-on experience with strength development, movement fundamentals, and long-term physical progression.
Legacy Built is not a daycare or a sports clinic. It is structured early-morning training designed to develop capable kids—physically and mentally—before the day gets comfortable.

While we train strength, conditioning, and coordination, the mental side is the priority:
Discipline and follow-through.
Listening, focus, and respect.
Confidence earned through effort.
Learning to do hard things consistently, without excuses.
Kids here are coached to think, not just move. The goal is not just stronger bodies, but stronger habits and mindset that carry into school, sports, and life.
Legacy Built is intentionally small, hands-on, and standards-driven. Every child is coached, not managed. Parents trust me with their kids because expectations are clear, supervision is constant, and effort is non-negotiable.
Legacy isn’t given. It’s built—one morning at a time.
